"Good day, The Mazda in question is actual mine, Latricia P Miller-Medlock and I just wanted to state that Mr. Michael Hill always gives awesome customer service, it has been close to 5 years that I've been coming to John Hines Mazda in Mission Valley and Mr. Hill is the reason why!! He's readily accessible, knowledgeable, resourceful and extremely helpful in regards to my service questions and needs concerning my Mazda RX8. Whenever I call be it Sunday to Sunday, day or night and I have called him late on a Sunday, on his off days and even vacation and he's always respectful and has an answer for me. Equally I have confidence in the service being provided when I bring in my vehicle because from the service rep (Mr. Hill) to the cashier(s) and everyone in between there's always a smile and that feeling of a unified front, a well oiled machine there to provide me with great service which you do every time and this is very much appreciated!
